Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as to select other EU countries. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
Austria & Switzerland: approx. 3–6 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 4–7 business days

Where Our Raw Materials Come From

Our Himalayan Shilajit is sourced at altitudes above 3,000 meters, where it naturally seeps out of rock crevices. Our Ashwagandha extract comes from standardized cultivation with controlled withanolide content. You can read more about the story behind it on our About Us page.

Quality Testing

Every batch is independently tested for purity, heavy metal content, and active ingredient concentration before it leaves our warehouse. Our certifications (GMP, HACCP, IFS, ISO 9001:2015) can be viewed on our homepage and product pages.
